Associate with those who bring joy to you.  Activate that joy gene in those around you who could use a little more of it by showing yours in everything you do.  

Of course you have chores and mundane activities woven into your day.  As you complete them, share your gratitude for the life you have and the gifts you have been given.  The mundane becomes your joy when you choose to look at it another way.  Embrace what you see as chores, so you can learn more fully what you need to learn from them.  Maybe it's as simple as learning to be present.
