Be careful of what your secrets create.. 

When you reach that place where your secrets are creating your reality, you are living your fear.  Ask your heart what it is you truly fear for it is not what you think it is.  Choosing to live in a physical reality puts a spin on perspective.  What you believe to be your fear is just the scab of what lies below and keeps you closed off.  This kind of fear can suffocate you. 

Take a look at what it is you believe to be holding you back and ask yourself, what is the worst thing that could happen if your secret was no longer a secret.  Ask yourself what that would look like.  Understand that what you keep inside will find its way out.  What you think no one else knows, or could understand, is taking your power.
