We would like to expand on the idea of not living your now from the past.. 

There are many who live their experience from where they were, but what they experienced in the past is gone.  It is time to move on.  Keeping those thoughts and those feelings about those experiences will simply keep you locked in that place. 

It is fine to relive joyful experiences.  Reflect on the love and the joy, but continue to live in your now.  Looking back at anything less than joyful is not healthy unless you are reflecting back to and reinforcing the lessons learned.  What once brought you pain can eventually bring you joy if you have learned from those experiences.  If you have not, you will experience it again.  Maybe not the same, but similar. 

Move forward by moving towards that which brings you joy..
