Hi Mark and Jovius,

 

Thank you so much for your kind sharing, it has meant much to me.

 

You speak often of letting go of that which does not share the same energy. 

 

I wonder how it is we find a person who comes to mean so very

much to us that the love we have for them will always endure and yet

they move on and leave us behind.  I am not speaking of a fly-by-night

encounter, instead one which survived many years of peaks and valleys,

and the love was good and true.  This is a person who will always remain

the love of my life, though honestly I have moved on, the love I have for him

remains in my heart and I still miss his presence years later.

 

Why is it, one continues to love another when there is nothing/noone left to love?

Why does someone leave the greatest love they will ever have?   And why

do we continue to love that which is no longer there?

We see your heart has not moved on as your body has.  It is in your heart and there are many reasons this could be.  We would like to point out that you are yearning for a love that is well within yourself to satisfy.  You have the capacity to love yourself enough, that you can cut that cord of inadequacy, or feelings of not good enough.  Sometimes, what is called love is another emotion not being fulfilled.  Many of you in human body are mirroring another emotion, or a way to attract love that is not the love of the heart.  It is the "way" your society, or family, or religious structures have shown you how to get approval, or the "way" you are validated.  This is complex.  Once you are validated, or approved of within these structures, you feel loved.  We would also like to point out that in karmic situations, you could be easily corded to this individual.  You can release this cord with cord cutting exercises unless you are not ready to do so and that's ok.  Or, you may have a contract with that individual from the other side to assist you in finding this feeling, or capacity to feel love.  This only means it is possible for you to have the feeling, to find that love and you are capable of having that kind of love in your life..
