Just the message I needed to hear today!  It is true that I tend to be involved in the routines and physical enticements that keep me distracted from the messages of my Higher Self.  How do I break free?!?!  I have such a BIG opportunity in front of me, I'm stagnate in my current situation, but can't seem to find it within myself to grab the where-with-all to leap forward.  It seems so self-defeating, and then the negative self-talk follows.  I am so much bigger than all of this, and want to realize it!

Making yourself free starts with the acknowledgement of self awareness.  The awareness that you are actually receiving those subtle and not so subtle nudges.  Just the fact that you are admitting to yourself that you have choices being presented to you is enough to begin to shift yourself to another path.  This will take as much time as you tell yourself it will.  What we would suggest is you put a bit more focus on that which you want and when you feel a slight shift, or calling in that direction, you tap yourself in the place on your physical body where you feel that nudge.  Do you feel it in your head?  Do you feel it in your solar plexus?  Acknowledge and touch this place.  Give yourself permission to actually accept this into your body and ask yourself this question.  What are you showing me?  You do not have to hear an answer.  You do not have to know anything at that exact moment.  But you will begin to get more and more clear answers as time goes on.  The more you acknowledge and accept what comes, the more you will attract and receive..
