In your meditations you have the energy of the Universe at your disposal..

Not that it is not available at all times.  But, in meditation, your focus is far more powerful due to your intentions and awareness.  At this time is when you can create the most change, or secure what you have and are enjoying within your life structure.  You can show your gratitude with such finesse in this place of mediation and communion of souls.  You are the creator, as you well know.  We would like to encourage your focus in meditation for that vibrational energy is what this planet of yours could use.  Thank you.
