Staying guarded is most definitely fear based..

 

Let’s work through this fear for it simply holds you back from being that very powerful you.  Fear pops up and shifts the whole direction of what could be fun and love and joy.  Let’s work on loosing that fear. Not entirely.  We know fear can help keep you safe, but the fear that is holding you back are the fears that were given too much power.  Those fears aren't real. Let them go.  Let’s have a fear fest where we bring all our fears along and burn them.  Write them out and then just burn them. 

 

Send all those fears away!!
