Ask Jovius 02/24/10

 

 

Dear Jovius,

 

For some time now things seem to be changing, how I perceive things have changed.  Someone special to me triggers something in my brain.  I will start thinking about her, and what she is feeling, this leads me to write a poem.  It only takes 30 minutes or less.  But the focus is incredible.

For my entire life I have been able to close my eyes and design things in my head, much like the 3d computer models you see today.  I have always assumed everyone can do this, now I am not so sure.  But the thing is; I can now do this with my eyes open; while driving, I can weave complex designs in my head, while engaged in other tasks.  Again the focus is incredible.

 

Things that used to make me angry, now just disappoint me, I still have a reaction to it, and become slightly upset but no real anger.  The other day, I decided to meditate outside; it was in the high 30's.  Something prompted me to do it in the nude.  I sat there for thirty minutes focusing on the sun and warmth, I did not get cold.

 

People I used to hate, now I just don't like them and do not want to be around them.

 

Is this all part of a vibrational shift?
