I have the following question for Jovius.
We live in a world where consumption has moved very far from the production. The production chains are long and the consumers does not see and therefore does not always know or does not realize enough that for consumption sometimes there is paid a terrible price with regards to people (underpaid wages, sometimes slavery or even wars – like for the materials used in mobile phones and wars that are fought over that in de great lake district in Africa ) and or the heavy burden on nature, resources and climate.
When working for a global organization and planning a campaign what message can be given to make people become more aware and realize that everybody is connected and what we consume in Western countries sometimes comes at a terrible price at the cost of people and nature in developing countries. And how can people internalize a new behavior after becoming more aware about consumption and the real price that has to be paid.

We would say that it is not what a consumer has on their mind when they make a purchase. We would say that for the most part, the consumer is thinking about what they want. It is not their reality that there is someone who could be suffering. It is not always the way it appears. That someone you judge to be suffering could very easily view themselves as being quite lucky and joyful. It is not always what you might think. You are in a position to know some of what is and some of what isn't. This is all in perspective. We would like to invite you to continue to practice your daily activities from your heart. Do what you believe to be the best for you and what you can live with, in your own human body. Choose your experiences with that love you have and you will sleep well at night. Observe what is happening with others, but keep in mind they create for them. Everyone creates for themselves as you do. Yes, you are creating in a co-creative Universe. Working towards oneness is a joint effort but only when you look at it this way. You are it; you create for you and for all. Step back and allow those to create for themselves. Create for you from the goodness and love in you.
