Tension and unease are clues..

 

The tension you feel with another, whether it be sexual, social, business, whatever that tension is, is just a vibration.  That vibration is what you are maintaining and so is the other.  You have attracted one another.  It is what you have asked for, generally speaking.  You can back up and look at these situations and see who you have become.  If you want to have an objective look at yourself, you can use these situations to clarify who you are.
