You are not in vibrational alignment with who you really are, to create a cut like that on your body.  Your focus has been shifted to that not of yourself and you created a wound on your own body to bring your attention back to you.  Your attention was brought back to healing you.  That shooting was also brought to your attention as it was brought to many.  It was a co-creative experience emanating from your society.  You can own this, but we would suggest you step back and look at how it was brought into your awareness and start looking at what is healthy, loving and courageous in your world.  Taking on the problems of all that is around you can only lead to more problems.  We suggest you look at cures, healing, loving light, and laughter.  Look at anything which will uplift you at any given moment.  Take this incrementally, but shift away from what you do not want in your experience..
