We see you forget sometimes how powerfully you can create..

Truly, the nuance of your earth plane existence is what you chose to see.  You came here for these lessons of the body.  You are banging around a little due to the remarkable stresses you have all created for yourselves.  Think about how much easier it would be to shift your focus to something more desirable.  What you want, you can certainly have.  As you are so distracted by all the shortages, the lack and the desperation of your society, you can simply say, "well that's what they are doing," or "that's what I used to do."  But, whenever you find uncomfortable, just stop doing it, or looking at it.  Choose something better for yourself.  Just choose something that's easier to love.
