Recognize what you don't want to see.  What are you avoiding?  The Universe is brining to you what you've asked for.  You must be blocking something.  When you are in a situation where you just have to stop, the Universe is presenting to you what you want.  What you desire is there, you simply have to drop your fear/resistance to see it.  When you are forced to stop.  When you have to accept a situation you worked hard to avoid, look at what is there for you.  Smell the roses.  The Universe has forced you to slow down.  Take this time to reflect and as your situation reveals itself, embrace the part of you that you have been avoiding. 

Release the tourniquet and grow..
