When you are challenged is when you find it within yourself to step up.  Step up to that which stares you in the face.  Fear is only what you have created about it.  Anything that brings forth the emotion of fear is something that keeps you in a vibration that is not healthy for you.  Look at these images, or ideas, as that which has come forth to give you the courage to step up.
