What you really care about is what will have your attention..

 

When you choose other ideas, or concepts, or even people to care about, your focus will shift.  You’ll move in a whole different direction.  Your focus of attention will be with that.  Take note of and pay attention what you are focused on and decide whether what you are holding in your awareness is what you love and what brings you joy?  If what you care about is not the same as what you love, you will have conflicted focus.  When you can shift away from what you care about, but has no love for you, you can grasp the understanding that what you love is the healthiest place to direct your energy and focus.
