Start saying YES..

When all you can do is look at no and see no everywhere, start repeating yes.  Just start saying it in your head.  Try it.  When you are looking at all you don't want, you are actually keeping your focus right there.  Start to look at what you do want.  Start saying yes.  Yes, you believe it can be that way -- yes, you CAN have it.

As an exercise in shifting away, start by saying yes to what you want.  Don’t worry about how you'll get there.  Let the Universe do its job by allowing it to manage the details.  Trust that you are getting it.  Trust that what you want to experience is on the way.

Just say yes..
