When you think of relationships and how to build them for the better, look to the relationship you have with yourself.  This is the most revealing.  We would like to address the fact that we can go on and on about self love, but until you choose to actually look at what that means and how that might feel, you cannot embrace the true power of loving you.  How this powerful relationship can impact your vibration is unimaginable. 

You are the creators of what is and what is to come.  Take a good look at you and how you relate to this ever so important person in your life -- You.  Take care of and nourish this you.  Love you by taking the time and the energy to love you.  We implore you to do so for without this expression, you miss the joy of inhabiting and fully participating in your beautiful bodies.
