Nothing can be done that you don't allow..

You are in support, or not and that which you do not support cannot come into your reality.  You could reply that you asked for none of this, but in fact you allowed it.  This doesn't mean you are wrong, or a horrible creator.  This might mean you have allowed something into your experience that could assist you.  You invited something, some experience to grow from.  Look at that possibility.  Look at where you are and take off if you are not happy!  Move on by shifting your focus.
