You can surely help you for you are the one in charge of your vibration.  When you call someone to you in anger, it is because this is what you are open to and feel comfortable with (on some level).  You can say that you do not want this, but you have accepted it and have allowed this back into your life.  When you choose to deal with the reasons you have allowed it, you will certainly begin to heal.  When you find it unacceptable to be treated this way, you will break the bonds of the vibration you have set forth for yourself and move in another direction.  You can release yourself from this by looking deeply into you and finding all the reasons to love you and take care of you.  Anger is a very powerful emotion that you can use to climb up the ladder, emotionally.  You can take that anger and build from it towards the hopefulness and then eventually towards joy.  Take your own physical pain and use it as the tool to see what it is you do not want and work away from it in yourself.  Look towards that which gives you pleasure and choose to create more love for yourself..
