You are part of all that is...

Knowing this, realize that everything and everyone is part of you.  Look at that person who is angry and pacing and directing their anxiety at you and know that they, being part of you, are so much easier to forgive because you can now see them and know them as you.  They are showing you part of yourself that must need extra love and forgiveness.

It is all but illusions to bring you back to a place of complete love and complete acceptance of yourself.  Remember that the real you is all love and capable of total joy.  Open yourself up to the mundane experiences in your life and recognize that there is a message in there for you.  Every little experience you have with a store clerk, or another driver can bring you closer to your truth.  You are so loved and every bit a part of all that is.

You are source energy and source welcomes you home when you are ready and able to see that you have never really been separated at all…

[Gary Renard, author of The Disappearance of the Universe, gives a forgiveness exercise and suggests that if we use it (even when we have a lot of trouble meaning it) the exercise will in time "undo" our feelings of being so separate.  He uses the word Christ (meaning God, or all that is), but you don't have to use that word.  If it doesn't fit your belief system, just substitute yourself (I), or someone else's name, in it's place.  So, he suggests that when someone pushes our buttons, makes us angry, whatever, or when we do something we don't like to see in ourselves, that we say something like:

(Blank)   is/am Christ, pure and innocent...  All is forgiven and released.]
